Information collected

The Request Access form collects your name, email address, required LinkedIn profile URL, required Luma profile URL, and optional message. These profile URLs are supplied by you. The service also records the submission timestamp and review status. It does not store your IP address with the request.

Why it is used

The information is used only to review access requests and contact people who request access to UDEVS. LinkedIn and Luma URLs help the operator review a request and recognize people from events; a Luma URL does not prove event attendance. URL validation checks syntax only and does not verify identity or whether a profile exists. UDEVS does not scrape LinkedIn or Luma, call their APIs, automatically verify attendance, or retrieve or enrich profile information. Submitting the form does not create an account. UDEVS does not send form content to analytics services or use an AI model to review access requests.

Processing and access

The public site is hosted by Vercel. Its server-side request handler validates submissions and forwards them to a dedicated Cloudflare Worker, which stores them in Cloudflare D1. Access to submissions is limited to uDevsCom and authorized administrators of the hosting accounts. A short-lived keyed hash of the request IP is used for rate limiting and is not stored with the request.

Cloudflare Turnstile is currently disabled. The form uses server-side validation, a honeypot field, and server-side rate limiting.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is not configured on this site at this time. If optional analytics is configured in the future, it will remain off unless you expressly allow it through the consent control. Analytics events are limited to page views and Request Access interactions; name, email, LinkedIn URL, message, and complete form contents are never sent to analytics. Google Search Console, if configured, is used for search indexing and visibility rather than conversion tracking.

Vercel's current Hobby terms permit use of content submitted through its services to train AI and machine-learning models and sharing it with third parties for that purpose, subject to the account's data preferences. The UDEVS request handler forwards the fields described above through Vercel to Cloudflare for storage. Avoid putting confidential or sensitive details in the optional message. Retention and removal

Access requests are retained for up to 12 months after submission. Expired records are identified and removed through a documented manual review. You may request earlier deletion by contacting privacy@udevs.com.

You can request earlier deletion by emailing privacy@udevs.com. Include the email address used for the submission and its approximate date so an authorized operator can find and remove the matching request from the access-request database.
